・市販後のデータ作成
・医療コミュニケーションと教育
・KOL（Key Opinion Leader）との関係構築

・製品のための医療戦略の導入を予算内で推進
・ブランドチームへの積極的な参加、グローバルオンコロジーメディカルチーム、国内の関係省庁および医療機関及び全オンコロジービジネスユニットとの密接な協力関係の構築

・市販後の臨床試験、調査のデザインと実行、およびその論文化
・商品価値を高めるべく、KOL(Key Opinion Leaders)に関与し、満たされていない医療ニーズの汲み上げを行う。医療内容のコミュニケーションだけでなく、医療コミュニティーと最適な関係を確固なものとするためにメディカルリエゾンスペシャリストチームと緊密に仕事をすることを含む

・市販製品の最適使用を確立するための医療コミュニケーションをサポート、推進する

・組織メンバーへの最適な医療トレーニングをサポート

・新規開発品の医学的評価

・関連論文等の情報収集およびそのレビュー、分析

・医学的見地からの安全性情報のレビュー、アドバス

・国内外のオンコロジーチームと連携し年間

・長期の業務プランの作成


Overview
Medical affairs activities which will be in charge of clinical trial for post marketing products

Details

Key responsibilities:

-Data generation in post-marketing setting

-Medical Communication & Education

-KOL engagement

-Develop and drive implementation of medical strategy for the products considered, within allocated budget.

-Active participation to Brand team, close collaboration with Global Oncology Medical team, Japan Medical functions and all Oncology Business Unit teams

-Design & conduct Clinical trial for post marketing products, design and carry out of researches, and producing publications/medical communication on such results

-Engage with KOL(Key Opinion Leaders) for maximizing product value and addressing unmet medical needs. This includes working closely with team of Medical Liaison specialists to ensure optimal relationship with medical community as well as communication of medical content.

-Support/drive medical communication to ensure optimal use of the marketed products considered

-Support optimal medical training of members of the organization

-Medical evaluation on newly developed products

-Gathering publications/literature and review and evaluation

-Review and advise on safety information from medical point of view

-Making annual and long term medical plan in collaboration with Global and local oncology teams


登録資格

【必須経験】
・オンコロジー領域での臨床経験5年以上

【あれば尚可】
・製薬会社での勤務経験（5年以上が望ましい）
・KOLマネジメント経験
・メディカルアフェアーズでの業務経験

【必須スキル】
・日本医師免許

Experience（Mandatory）
-over 5 years of medical experience in oncology area

Experience（Desirable）
-working experiences in pharma(more than 5 years of experience is desirable)
-Experience of KOL management
-Experience in medical affairs
